0700 PT...and a nice 3 mile run through the woods at a park near the Academy.
After the morning PT, we followed up the day with practicals. You can tell that both recruits and instructors were getting burnt out with practicals as they began to turn into sessions where we would share stories and just converse.
Tomorrow is the big state certification test....EMT is officially over and fire training begins Monday.
