We spent the day cleaning. All of the stuff in the building had to be hosed off to ensure it was fully extinguished, and then shoveled out into dumpsters. Once everything was cleaned, we then went on to cleaning the hoses we used for the burns, the engines, and all of our gear. We scrubbed our gear with a mild detergent, and then ran it through a hose washer. It took a out 7 hours to complete everything....it was a long day to wrap up the last few weeks of fire training.
Starting next week...something completely new!!!
Week 16 COMPLETE!!
